While Jonathan had long been enthralled by performance management and process innovation, he yearned to build something entirely new. His aspiration? To democratize his skills and experience, offering actionable insights to businesses of all sizes, and propelling them toward success.
In his quest for like-minded collaborators, only Robert shared his fervor for innovation. A seasoned alumnus of Coahoma High School and a mainstay at the San Angelo site since 2000, Boyett showcased his leadership chops while overseeing operations for a Fortune 100 company. In 2016, Boyett bid adieu to Sitel, utilizing his 401K for a sabbatical dedicated to family time and laying the groundwork for Intellivega. By June 2017, Jonathan and Robert formalized their partnership, each holding a 50% stake and the title of Co-Founder.
Robert’s venture into freelancing on Fiverr in 2017 proved instrumental, propelling Intellivega to the upper echelons of the platform. Their expertise swiftly garnered Top-Rated Seller and Fiverr Pro statuses. Transitioning to Upwork in 2021, Jonathan fortified their online presence, cultivating a devoted clientele and maintaining a flawless job satisfaction record.
